Product images are taken under natural or neutral lighting. Minor colour or appearance variations may occur due to screen or device settings and are not considered defects.

Quality Check

All products are quality-checked before dispatch.
You may not create a link to the House of Muddhugumma website from another website without House of Muddhugumma’s prior consent in writing. House of Muddhugumma makes no warranty that the website will be available uninterrupted or free of errors.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Subject to applicable consumer law, House of Muddhugumma does not generally accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, minor colour variations, or an incorrect size or colour selected by the customer. Eligible UK consumers retain their statutory online cancellation rights, as described in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

However, if a product is delivered damaged, defective or materially different from the product ordered, the customer may be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or full or partial refund after verification.

Customers must report damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered products within 48 hours of delivery and provide the order number, photographs and other reasonable supporting evidence.

Orders may be cancelled before packing or dispatch, subject to the order’s processing status. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot normally be cancelled.

All requests are governed by the complete Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy published on this website. Nothing in these Terms limits rights available under applicable law.

Payments

Payments for orders placed from India may be processed through Razorpay, our authorised payment gateway.
Once international online checkout is activated, payments for eligible international orders may be processed through Stripe, our international payment processor.
International payments are handled by HOUSE OF MUDDHUGUMMA LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under Company Number 17360109.
Storefront prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless another currency is explicitly identified. Customers will be charged in the currency clearly displayed during checkout.
Any foreign transaction or currency conversion charges imposed by the customer’s bank or card provider are the responsibility of the customer.
Muddhugumma does not directly store full debit/credit card numbers, CVV or online banking credentials. All sensitive card data is handled securely by the applicable payment processor.

Order Rights

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order due to pricing errors, unavailability, or suspected misuse.

Liability

House of Muddhugumma is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or its products.
