Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Within India

• Shipping charges for India are shown at checkout where applicable.
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of placement.
• Delivery timeline: 5-7 business days from dispatch for metro cities, 7-10 business days for non-metro areas.
• You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and email once your order is shipped.

2. International Shipping (United Kingdom & Other Countries)

• International shipping is available for customers in the United Kingdom and select countries.
• United Kingdom shipping charge: £3.99 per order.
• Delivery timeline: 10-15 business days from dispatch.
• Custom duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customs, Duties & International Charges

• Muddhugumma may accept international orders for supported countries.
• International orders may be fulfilled and shipped from India or another designated fulfilment location.
• Customers must provide an accurate and complete shipping address.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, courier delays, local holidays or other circumstances outside Muddhugumma’s control.
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local charges imposed by the destination country. Unless explicitly stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT are processed the same business day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
• During festive seasons and sales events, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• A tracking number via WhatsApp and email
• A link to track your order on our website (Order Tracking page)
• Regular updates on delivery status

5. Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Bluedart, and India Post for domestic orders. International orders are shipped through DHL and India Post.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery 3 times. If the delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to us. A re-shipment charge may apply.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. House of Muddhugumma is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8. Order Modifications
